MKGO Safety Policy

Learn about MKGO safety standards, driver onboarding, trip information, location-based safety features, passenger and driver responsibilities, reporting and emergency guidance.

1. Safety Commitment

MKGO is designed with features intended to support safer interactions between passengers and drivers.

2. Driver Verification

Drivers may be required to provide identity, driving, vehicle and operating documentation before approval. MKGO platform approval does not replace licences or approvals required by law.

3. Trip Information

MKGO may process trip and location information to support matching, navigation, trip tracking, incident investigation and safety functions.

4. Conduct

Violence, threats, harassment, discrimination, deliberate dangerous behaviour, fraud and unlawful activity are prohibited on the MKGO platform.

5. Emergencies

MKGO support and safety features are not substitutes for emergency services. Where there is an immediate threat to life or safety, users should contact the appropriate emergency services.

6. Reporting

Passengers and drivers may report safety concerns through MKGO support. MKGO may preserve relevant platform records and take appropriate account or operational action.

7. Account Action

MKGO may temporarily restrict access while investigating serious safety reports and may suspend or terminate access where warranted by the available information, platform rules or legal obligations.
