Driver Onboarding
How the application process works.
Creating a driver account starts the process. Your driver profile must still be completed and reviewed before you can provide trips through MKGO.
Create Your Account
Register for an MKGO driver account using your personal details and verify your email address.
Complete Your Profile
Provide the personal and driver information required for your MKGO driver application.
Add Your Vehicle
Provide information about the vehicle you intend to use when providing transport services.
Upload Your Documents
Submit the required driving, PrDP, vehicle, operating and other supporting documents requested during onboarding.
Add Payout Information
Provide the required payout or banking information for eligible electronic driver settlements.
Application Review
MKGO reviews your application and may approve it, request additional information or changes, or decline the application.
Get Approved
If your application satisfies the applicable MKGO requirements, your driver account can be approved for platform access.
Go Online
Once approved and otherwise eligible, use the MKGO driver portal to manage availability and receive eligible trip requests.

Drivers remain responsible for ensuring that they and their vehicles satisfy all applicable legal and regulatory requirements before providing transport services.
