Do passengers need a paid membership?
No. Standard passenger access does not require a paid membership.
Do drivers need a paid membership?
No. Where the standard free driver plan is active, an approved driver can use that plan without paying a recurring membership fee.
Can different driver plans have different commission rates?
Yes. MKGO can configure different commission rates for different driver membership plans.
The currently published rate for each active driver plan is displayed with that plan above when a commission rate has been configured.
Does buying a driver membership guarantee approval?
No. Membership and driver approval are separate.
A driver must still satisfy the applicable onboarding, document and approval requirements before becoming eligible to provide trips.
Can MKGO membership plans change?
Available plans, pricing, benefits and commission arrangements may change in accordance with applicable MKGO terms and notices.
