1. Passenger Cancellations
A passenger may cancel a trip subject to the trip status and applicable cancellation rules.
2. Cancellation Charges
A cancellation fee may apply where a driver has already accepted or travelled toward the pickup location, where waiting-time rules apply, or in other circumstances disclosed by MKGO before or during the booking process.
3. Driver Cancellations
Drivers should cancel accepted trips only for legitimate operational, safety or service reasons. Repeated inappropriate cancellations may be reviewed by MKGO.
4. Safety Cancellations
Users and drivers should not continue a trip where they reasonably believe doing so would create an immediate safety risk. Relevant incidents may be reported to MKGO support.
5. Refunds
Where a cancelled trip results in a refundable electronic charge, the MKGO Refund Policy applies.
